The heat dissipation methods during the thyristor period are: self-cooling, air-cooling, water-cooling, and oil-cooling. These kinds of heat dissipation methods;
1. Self-cooling heat dissipation method
Usually it is a device below 200A, and the device itself generates a small amount of heat. It relies entirely on the heat exchange between its own shell and the outside world to achieve the heat dissipation effect; there are no other forced measures.
2. Air cooling
The device needs to be equipped with aluminum or copper radiator, and install a fan for heat dissipation. It is a forced heat dissipation method. Customs are usually required: the inlet air temperature is not higher than 40℃, and the custom at the inlet is 6m/s
3. Water cooling
During the period, it is necessary to select aluminum or copper material radiators, which need to pass water to dissipate heat, and the heat of the device is taken away by water flow. Generally, the inlet water temperature is not higher than 35℃ and not lower than 5℃, and the water flow rate is 4L/min.
The electrical resistivity of the circulating water should not be lower than 2.5kw, and the PH value should be between 6.9.
4. Oil cooling
The device and the radiator are put into an oil tank as a whole, and the oil is used as a conductive medium for heat dissipation.
When reusing the water-cooled radiator, pay special attention to checking whether the countertop is smooth and flat, and whether there is scale and blockage in the water cavity; pay special attention to whether the countertop is sinking, and if the above situation occurs, it should be replaced.
